The flameless burners provide the lowest CO2 emissions and generate the highest heat, resulting in succulent and appetizing grilled food without altering nutritional value and avoiding the production of benzopyrenes. The GHPI 2/600 – DROP IN is distinguished by its fixed grid grill with grilling surface of 588mm x 618mm. It comes as a drop in model for flush benchtop applications with a manual water bath feed.

• Waste materials fall into the water without coming into contact with the heat source so there are no flames or smoke. The heat sources are positioned at a lower level and outside the cooking area. Heat is supplied by burners made up of ceramic radiation plates, which are arranged diagonally, in such a way as to provide enough heat for cooking, at the same time allowing fat and waste to fall without coming into contact with the heat source.
