The B+S Black series standard and combination Boiling Tops are manufactured on a solid stainless steel frame, which are built to last. This unit also has an open stand and under shelf, which is ideal for storing cooking utensils. A highly efficient and powerful 31 Mj single ring burner is incorporated into the design ensuring requirements of a demanding kitchen are met.

Each burner is fitted with a multi-setting gas valve allowing for greater regulation of the flame. Maintenance is made easy with frontal access to all components.
